Mentorship & Career Guidance IT
Many rural children face challenges not only in acquiring technological skills but also in understanding how to apply these skills to build a meaningful future. To address this gap, we have integrated a mentorship and career guidance program into our mission.
Each learner is paired with dedicated mentors, who are experienced professionals, educators, and community leaders providing personalized support. These mentors serve as role models, offering encouragement, career advice, and practical insights into the technology industry.
Our career guidance component empowers students to envision their future and make informed choices. We introduce them to a wide range of opportunities in the digital economy, including areas such as coding, design, hardware maintenance, and entrepreneurship.
We recognize that for rural children, mentorship is often more than just advice; it can be a lifeline to opportunity. Our goal is not only to train children in technology but also to prepare them for lifelong success by connecting them to networks, resources, and a sense of purpose.
