The Delight Technology and Creative Incubation Center (DTI Center) is an innovative hub established by Delight Rwanda headquartered in Nzige Sector, Rwamagana District, Eastern Province, to empower rural youth and children through technology, creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The Center serves as a platform for IT skills training, content production and multimedia development, creative arts and fashion design, as well as entrepreneurship and startup incubation.
DTI Center offers comprehensive training programs ranging from basic digital literacy to advanced technical and digital business skills. Learners gain practical experience in areas such as social media management, content creation, digital marketing, web development, e-commerce, graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia production. These programs equip participants with the knowledge and competencies needed for employment, self-employment, and success in the digital economy.
The Center also provides creative arts and fashion design training that enables participants to develop marketable skills in design, production, branding, photography, textile and fashion innovation, jewelry making, interior decoration, and arts and crafts. These skills create pathways for entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods.
Beyond training, DTI Center fosters innovation and enterprise development through its startup incubation and co-working facilities. Entrepreneurs benefit from mentorship, business development support, networking opportunities, market linkages, and post-incubation services that help transform ideas into sustainable and scalable businesses.
Through its integrated approach to skills development, creativity, and entrepreneurship, the DTI Center is committed to building a generation of empowered young people who can create jobs, drive innovation, and contribute to the socio-economic development of their communities and Rwanda as a whole.
