Digital Inclusion
Digital inclusion is essential for equitable development and is a key component of Rwanda's vision for a knowledge-based economy. However, many rural communities still face systemic barriers that hinder access to digital technologies, particularly for vulnerable girls, people with disabilities, and adults with limited literacy skills.
To address these challenges, the DTI Center is dedicated to promoting digital inclusion in rural areas of Rwanda. We aim to ensure that vulnerable girls, individuals with disabilities, and those with limited literacy have equal access to digital technologies, essential skills, and opportunities.
